A bit about me: - 

I moved to Devon from the South East ten years ago and retrained as a reflexologist with the Devon Academy of Complementary Therapy, qualifying with an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and am a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Alongside traditional reflexology, I have completed specialist courses in A.R.T Reflexology, Reflexology for Menopause, Reflexology for Pain and Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage plus Dementia training for Therapists and additional massage qualifications.

What I love most about reflexology is how gentle and adaptable it is in supporting us through life`s journey, from young babies through adolescence to busy parents and beyond. 

Reflexology is for everyone and I have developed a real passion for helping the over 50`s navigate the next step in their lives.

As we mature we can develop multiple health issues and in addition our lives can be impacted in various ways - working past retirement, looking after both young adults & elderly parents or relatives plus babysitting grandchildren or caring full time for a loved one. 

Rather than slowing down, life can seem very hectic!

A reflexology treatment can be a lovely, relaxing pause in a busy day or an invigorating tonic to revitalise a tired mind & body. 

For senior and the elderly people, hand reflexology is a very popular and soothing treatment which also works well for those with dementia.

I also volunteer with Hospiscare, where I've experienced just how comforting and powerful therapeutic touch can be, particularly for coping with long term illness or grief.
